The Purovino method is born
A simple yet revolutionary idea: to make authentic wines with a low sulphites content, respecting nature and its rhythms.
2010
The search
Myself, Valentina, and my husband Cesare decided to leave the city to build our own project, far from the busy rhythm of industry.
2012
Let's begin
We planted the first rows of Sangiovese, Vermentino, and Petit Verdot, followed by Fiano, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pugnitello.
2009
Our journey
The story begins with study, experimentation and love for viticulture and good drinking.
2011
The ideal place
We found our ideal place in Maremma, among the rolling hills and the scent of the Tyrrhenian Sea, where the land still retains its wild and authentic soul.
2015
Our first harvest
We experienced our first grape harvest with great excitement.

A wine made from the soil
Every bottle is made from hand-picked grapes, grown without synthetic chemicals. We personally take care of every detail: from manual soil cultivation to the selection of the best bunches, right through to vinification with a low sulphites content. In our wines, you will find the fruitiness, balance, and personality of each variety.
We produce single-varietal wines to give voice to the grapes and the land that generated them.
