1. PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE
Purovino is an e-commerce site dedicated to the online sale of wine and agricultural products.
The sale of wine and spirits is prohibited to minors under the age of 18. By placing an order, the User declares under their own responsibility that they are of legal age and guarantees that the recipient of the order is also of legal age.
2. REGISTRATION AND USER RESPONSIBILITY
To place an order, you must register with accurate and complete information. The User agrees to keep their login credentials safe and not to share them with third parties.
3. PURCHASE METHOD
Orders constitute a binding purchase offer for the selected products. Product availability is indicative, as they may be purchased by multiple users at the same time.
The sales contract is only considered concluded when the order confirmation is sent to the email address provided. If the products ordered are unavailable, Purovino will promptly inform the User and refund any sums paid.
4. Prices
All prices listed on the website are in Euro and include VAT. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
5. Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of purchase, based on the quantity ordered and the destination.
Deliveries in Italy generally take 3-5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the location and particularly busy periods (e.g. holidays).
The customer is required to check the goods upon delivery and report any damage or anomalies to the courier. In the event of broken bottles, we will replace them.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
Purovino uses secure platforms for processing payments. Accepted methods include:
-Credit/debit cards
-PayPal
-Bank transfer (where available)
The Company does not keep payment card details.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the User may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to info@purovino.it indicating:
Order number and date
Purchaser’s details
IBAN code for refund
Products must be returned intact, unopened, and properly packaged. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the User.
Personalized products (e.g., bottles with labels on request) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
8. TAX DOCUMENTATION
Each order is accompanied by a receipt, included in the package.
If the customer wishes to receive an electronic invoice (e.g., in the case of a VAT number), they must make an explicit request by writing to info@purovino.it and providing their complete tax information. The invoice will be sent via the Italian Revenue Agency’s interchange system and will be available in the customer’s tax account.
9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be settled by the consumer’s court of jurisdiction.
10. CHANGES
Purovino reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the updated version on the website.
